A very good recipe for the famous New York cheesecake, but no pasta below. This recipe tastes a little lemon, but it can be omitted.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 centigrade. Grease and flour a round mold that can be disassembled with butter and flour.
Put the cream cheese (at room temperature) and the margarine in the blender . Beat well.
Beat the eggs separately and add them to the blender little by little.
Once the eggs are well incorporated, add the sugar and beat well.
Add the flour (previously sifted with the cornstarch). And finally, put the juice of 1 lemon and vanilla.
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool.
Add the butter to the mix in the blender along with the sour cream. Beat well and empty in the greased pan.
Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in for another hour (without opening the oven door !!).
Once it cools, serve it at room temperature with a strawberry.
