Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Crush the cookies and place them in the mold where you will make your cheesecake, then add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter until a dough is formed. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then remove. In a metal bowl, put the cream cheese bars and the cup of sugar, and mix very well with the mixer.
