  • 2 cups cinnamon cookies, for the base
  • 1 cup walnuts, for the base
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 4 packages cream cheese, (190 g each) for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the cheesecake
  • 2 1/2 cups milk caramel wine, for the cheesecake
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) for the cheesecake, hydrated and melted
  • cajeta, for decoration
  • walnuts, chopped, for decoration

  • Use your Braun® MultiQuick 725 food processor to finely process the cookies and walnuts. Mix with the melted butter.
  • Pour into a 23 cm diameter cake mold and compact with the help of a spoon. Set aside.
  • Use the “bell” attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 725 to cream the cheese, add the whipping cream and cajeta, and continue creaming until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the gelatin in a thin stream, pour over the cookie base, and let cool for 3 hours or until set. Unmold.
  • Decorate with cajeta and walnuts.
