Mix the egg yolks and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk.
In a saucepan, heat the milk (2 cups) with the sugar, vanilla, and chocolate. Add the previous mixture until it boils. Let it cool.
Beat the butter and add the previous mixture.
In a dish, place the first layer of cookies, using a spoon, dip the cookie in milk, then add the chocolate cream on top. Make several layers by repeating the same procedure, leaving a layer of soaked cookies on top.
Whip the cream, chocolate, and powdered sugar until peaks form.
