Ingredients: 2 1/2 packages María cookies; 3 egg yolks; 3 cups cow's milk; 250 grams sugar; 45 grams cornstarch; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; 80 grams cocoa powder; 300 grams butter; 1 cup whipping cream; 4 tablespoons cocoa powder; 100 grams icing sugar; white chocolates, grated; strawberries, for the decoration

Mix the egg yolks and cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk. In a saucepan, heat the milk (2 cups) with the sugar, vanilla, and chocolate. Add the previous mixture until it boils. Let it cool.
