Brownie Truffle

  • 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups milk chocolate
  • chocolate sprinkles, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Place the butter and semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl and heat it in the microwave until both are melted.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar and vanilla. While continuing to beat, add the melted chocolate and butter.
  • Combine the flour and baking powder, add them to the mixer, and beat until everything is well incorporated.
  • Grease a square pan and pour in the mixture.
  • Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Unmold the brownies and remove the edges.
  • Use a fork to crumble the brownies.
  • With the help of a spoon, form balls of equal size and place them on a plate lined with wax paper.
  • Freeze them for 20 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and let them cool without hardening.
  • Dip the brownie balls in the melted chocolate to cover them completely.
  • Place them on a plate lined with wax paper and let them sit at room temperature for the chocolate to harden.
