1 cup 70% cocoa chocolate
4 Greek style yoghurt Fage® total 0% honey
16 tablespoons butter, in cubes
1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
4 eggs
1/4 cups flour, sifted

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Prepare 8 molds or ramekins, grease with butter, and flour.
Place a circle of parchment paper at the bottom of each ramekin.
In a pot with water, melt the chocolate, the honey from FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, and the butter.
Beat the sugar, egg yolks, and eggs until soft peaks form.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and then fold in the flour.
Pour the mixture into the molds (ramekins) and bake in the center of the oven for 6 minutes, or until the cakes have risen above the molds.
Let rest for 2 minutes.
To serve, unmold in the center of the plate with a scoop of FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt and add the remaining honey.
