Chocolate and Walnut Cake

This chocolate cake is very easy to prepare; everything is done in the blender. It is decorated with powdered sugar and tastes delicious.

  • 100 grams butter with salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 stick semisweet chocolate
  • 200 grams walnuts
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons cow's milk
  • icing sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter with the milk in a pot over very low heat.
  • Blend the walnuts (reserving 4 whole and nice walnuts for decoration), sugar, and eggs.
  • Combine everything and pour it into a greased and floured round mold of 28 cm.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • After taking it out of the oven, wait 10 minutes and unmold until cooled.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with 4 walnuts in the center.
