  • 2 packages Tres Estrellas® dark chocolate cake mix, for the cake
  • 6 eggs, for the cake
  • 2 cups water, for the cake
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups milk, for the three milks
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the three milks
  • 1/2 cups coffee liqueur, for the three milks
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for the coffee whipped cream
  • 1/2 cups coffee syrup, for the coffee whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa, for the coffee whipped cream

  • Use a whisk to mix Dark Chocolate Cake Flour Tres Estrellas ®, the egg, water, and oil in a bowl. Add the nuts and fold in gently.Pour the mixture into two previously greased and floured round pans and bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
  • Mix the milk, evaporated milk, and coffee liqueur in a bowl and set aside.
  • For the whipped cream: place the whipping cream in a bowl and whip until it doubles in size. Then add the coffee cream and cocoa and continue whipping until combined. Set aside.
  • Place one cake layer on a platter, lightly soak with the three milk mixture, fill with whipped cream, and place the other cake layer on top. Soak with the remaining three milks, decorate with more whipped cream, and sprinkle with cocoa.
