Chop the plum and grape, and mix with the candied fruit in 100 ml of sweet wine and let sit in a glass jar for 1 hour before preparing the cake.
Bring the heavy cream to a boil and when it boils, add the chocolate in small pieces and stir with a spatula until creamy and set aside.
Sift the flours, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a deep bowl and set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with the sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs one by one.
Add the vanilla along with the honey (panela syrup) to the previous mixture.
Add the sifted mixture of flours and cocoa, alternating with the melted chocolate, starting and ending with the flours.
Gently fold with a spatula.
Finally, add the wine-soaked fruit along with the wine it was reserved in.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
As soon as you take the cake out of the oven, immediately apply 120 ml of wine over it until fully absorbed. Let cool.
For the Ganache: Melt half a pound of semi-sweet chocolate in 200 grams of heavy cream and add a shot of liquor (brandy, rum, or cognac).
Glaze with the ganache, grate white chocolate on top, and decorate with M&M's to taste.
