  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 187 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 grams prune, Seedless
  • 70 grams raisin
  • 60 grams caramelized fruit
  • 225 milliliters wine, candy
  • 1/2 pounds bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey, (panela syrup)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


Chop the plum, the grape and mix with the crystallized fruit in 100 ml of sweet wine and reserve in a glass jar 1 hour before preparing the cake.
Boil the milk to beat and when it boils add the chocolate in small pieces and beat with spatula until acremar and reserve
Sift in a deep bowl the flours, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda and reserve
Beat the butter with the sugar with the aid of an electric mixer until

Add the vanilla, together with the honey (panela syrup) to the previous mixture.
Add the sifted mixture of flours and cocoa, interspersed with the melted chocolate, start with flours and finish with flours.
Beat with spatula with enveloping movements.
Finally add the wrapped fruit, along with the wine in which it was reserved.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45 min.
Just remove the cake from the oven immediately apply 120 ml of wine on it until it absorbs completely. Let cool.
For the Ganache: Melt half a pound of semiamargo chocolate in 200 grams of milk to beat and add a glass of liquor (brandy, rum or cognac).
Bathe with ganache, grate white chocolate on top and decorate with M & M to taste.


If you can leave the fruit wrapped at least 8 days before preparing the cake, it will guarantee a more concentrated flavor to wine.
