Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 187 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 grams prune, Seedless
  • 70 grams raisin
  • 60 grams caramelized fruit
  • 225 milliliters wine, candy
  • 1/2 pounds bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey, (panela syrup)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Chop the plum, the grape and mix with the crystallized fruit in 100 ml of sweet wine and reserve in a glass jar 1 hour before preparing the cake.

TIPS

If you can leave the fruit wrapped at least 8 days before preparing the cake, it will guarantee a more concentrated flavor to wine.
