  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • Use a whisk to beat the eggs with the melted butter and dark chocolate in a bowl. Then use a sieve to sift and incorporate the flour and baking powder. Add the milk and sugar and continue whisking until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the chocolate cake mixture into a 20 cm diameter mold and sprinkle with nuts and dark chocolate chips. Bake the cake at 170 °C for 25 minutes. Let it cool and unmold.
  • Decorate the easy chocolate cake with berries and chocolate shavings.
