3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups flour
1/3 cups cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups cow's milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
350 milliliters evaporated milk
400 milliliters condensed milk
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoons salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a round cake mold with butter and flour.
With a spoon, cover the base and edges of the mold with cajeta.
In a deep bowl, mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
In another deep bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture and beat very well.
Pour the mixture into the mold with cajeta.
Blend the ingredients for the flan and carefully pour over the chocolate cake mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in a baking dish with water that reaches halfway up the cake mold. Bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely (4 hours) or refrigerate.
To unmold, run a hot knife around the edges. Serve.
