On a cutting board, chop the Hershey's Zero Sugar Baking Bar chocolate into small pieces.
Transfer the chopped Hershey's Zero Sugar Baking Bar chocolate to a bowl, add the butter, and melt everything over a double boiler for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and incorporate the ground almonds and vanilla into the chocolate.
Separately, beat the egg yolks with the sweetener for 5 minutes until they double in size, are well aerated, and the color lightens. Set aside.
Similarly, beat the egg whites with sweetener until they double in size and are perfectly aerated.
Add the beaten egg yolks to the chocolate and gently fold; likewise, add the egg whites and gently fold until all ingredients are perfectly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 25 cm diameter cake mold and fill it up to ¾ of the height. Bake the flourless chocolate cake at 170 °C for 60 minutes. Remember that a cracked crust should form on the outside and it should be slightly moist on the inside.
Once the flourless chocolate cake is ready, let it cool, unmold it, and sprinkle with Hershey's Cocoa and Hershey's Zero Sugar dark chocolate chips for decoration.
