Impossible Triple Chocolate Cake

  • 4 eggs, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups milk, for the cake
  • 3/4 cups sour cream, for the cake
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted, for the cake
  • 3 cups pancake mix, for the cake
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder, for the cake
  • 5 eggs, for the flan
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the flan
  • 3/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted, for the flan
  • 3/4 cups milk chocolate, melted, for the flan
  • 1 ounce brandy, for the flan

  • For the chocolate cake: blend the eggs, milk, sour cream, white chocolate, pancake flour, and baking powder until you get a homogeneous batter. Set aside.
  • For the flan: blend the eggs, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, evaporated milk, and brandy. Set aside.
  • Pour the chocolate cake mixture into a previously greased bundt pan. Then, use a spatula or spoon to pour the flan mixture over the cake batter and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake the impossible triple chocolate cake in a water bath at 180 °C for 80 minutes.
