For the chocolate cake: blend the eggs, milk, sour cream, white chocolate, pancake flour, and baking powder until you get a homogeneous batter. Set aside. For the flan: blend the eggs, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, evaporated milk, and brandy. Set aside. Pour the chocolate cake mixture into a previously greased bundt pan. Then, use a spatula or spoon to pour the flan mixture over the cake batter and cover with aluminum foil. Bake the impossible triple chocolate cake in a water bath at 180 °C for 80 minutes.
