Nutella Cake with Two Ingredients

  • 240 grams nutella

  • Grease a small baking dish with cooking spray and place parchment paper on top to cover the bottom and sides. Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius.
  • In a glass bowl, beat the eggs with an electric whisk on high speed until they triple in size. This is the most important step, so make sure you beat the eggs correctly.
  • Measure the Nutella in a glass bowl and microwave for 25 seconds or until it becomes smooth, almost liquid.
  • Add one third of the Nutella to the egg mixture and gently fold in the Nutella using a spatula. Once the mixture is homogeneous, repeat this step until you finish with all the Nutella mixture.
  • Add the mixture to the baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool completely before removing the cake.
