Grease a small ovne proof dish with oil spray and place waxed paper to cover the bottom and sides. Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius (350F).
In a bowl of glass beat the eggs with an electric beater at full power until they grow to three times their size. This is the most important step so make sure that the eggs are properly beaten.
Measure the nutella in a glass bowl and microwave for 25 seconds or until smooth, almost liquid.
Add a third of the nutella to the egg mixture and with a spatula making an enveloping movement that incorporates thenutella. Once the whole mixture is homogeneous repeat this step until you finish the whole nutella mixture.
Add the mixture to the oven proof dish with waxed paper and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely before removing the cake.
