3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups cocoa powder
2 cups water, at room temperature
2/3 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons white vinegar, or apple
packages chocolate, milk chocolate bars (various)
100 grams chocolate, colored candied chocolate
170 grams butter, for the frosting
50 grams bittersweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups sugar, powdered sugar for the frosting
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the frosting
1/2 cups whipping cream, for the frosting

For the cake: Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.
Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Put the wet ingredients over the dry ones and mix until well combined.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
For the frosting: Melt the butter together with the chocolate.
Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream.
Add the chocolate with the butter and mix until achieving the desired consistency.
Once the cake is cool, cover it with the frosting and decorate with chocolate bars and colored candied chocolates.
