Preparation
For the cake: preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
In another bowl mix the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Put the wet ingredients on the dry ones and mix until they are well combined.
Cook for 30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean when nailing it to the cake.
For the bitumen: Melt the butter along with the chocolate.
Mix the icing sugar, vanilla and whipping cream.
Add the chocolate with the butter and mix until the desired consistency is achieved.
Once the cake is cold, cover with the bitumen and decorate with the chocolates in a bar and the candied chocolates of colors.
