Beat the first ingredients (the butter and sugar) until the mixture is incorporated, then add the 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla, and 1 1/4 cups of sour cream.
Continue beating until everything is incorporated at low speed.
For the next step, we need to sift the dry ingredients, which are the cake flour (this flour can be vanilla) and the baking powder.
Once sifted, add these two ingredients along with the yeast and salt to the first mixture we made (step 1).
This step will be to create a crust where the batter will go:
First, we will mix the last ingredients (sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nuts); the nuts are optional, and it's perfectly fine if you don't want to add them.
In a cake pan, add a bit of the mixture we created in steps 1 and 2, then add a little of the crust mixture (step 3), then some of the mixture from steps 1 and 2, and so on until finishing with all the mixture.
Once we have used all the batter, bake it in the oven at 180°C for one hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
