Beat the first ingredients (butter and sugar) when you see that the dough is incorporated, add the 3 eggs, the 1 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla and 1 1/4 cup of sour cream. Continue beating until everything is incorporated at low speed.
For the following we need to sift the dry ingredients that are the cake flour, (this flour can be vanilla) and the baking powder. Once sifted add these two mentioned ingredients together with the yeast and salt to the first mixture we made (step 1).
This step will be to create a crust where the dough will go: First let's mix the ingredients. last (sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nuts) nuts are optional, nothing happens if you do not want to add them.
In a cake mold we add a little of the mixture we created in step 1 and step 2, then we put some of the crust mixture (step 3) after a bit of the mixture of step 1 and 2, and so on until finishing with all the mixture.
When we have finished using the whole dough, put it in the oven at 180 ° C for one hour, or until when introducing a toothpick in the bread it comes out clean.
