Cream the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolks one at a time.
Sift the dry ingredients and alternately mix them with the milk, vanilla, and walnuts into the mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them in.
Pour into two greased and floured pans and bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until firm.
Boil 2 cups of water with 3/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon until a light syrup is achieved, then remove from heat, add 2 teaspoons of coffee, and let it cool.
On a plate, place a layer of bread and soak it with the syrup; on top of this, add a portion of the whipped cream mixed with 2 teaspoons of water and 2 teaspoons of coffee.
Place the other bread layer and also soak it with the syrup, cover with coffee whipped cream, and decorate with walnuts and sprinkles.
