1 kilo whipped cream
rainbow sprinkles, or colored candies

Heat the water and add the 4 tablespoons of coffee.
Whip rounds of approximately 200 g of cream with two tablespoons of instant coffee that has already been prepared and keep it refrigerated until use.
Dip, do not soak, the cookies in the prepared coffee and place a layer of cookies on a rectangular cake dish. It is important not to soak the cookies to maintain their consistency.
Once the first layer of cookies is finished, cover with a layer of whipped cream that we prepared with the coffee.
Add another layer of cookies (if in the first layer you placed the cookies vertically, now you will place this layer horizontally, and you will continue placing the layers of cookies one vertical, one horizontal) and cover again with the cream.
Continue making layers of cookies and covering them with the cream until you have 6 layers.
Finally, cover the entire cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with colored candies for decoration.
