Delicious Corn Cake

Corn cake is one of the most traditional Mexican dessert recipes we have. Here I present the way it has been made in my family for many years.

  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar, mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 grams butter

  • The corn is blended in four parts, with the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and finally the warm butter, mixing perfectly. It is placed in a preheated oven and set to medium heat for 40 to 60 minutes.
