The corn cake is one of the most traditional Mexican dessert recipes we have. Here I present the way it has been done in my family for many years.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar, mixed with a royal
  • 100 grams butter

Preparation
