Easter Nut Cake

Delicious and very quick to make Easter nut cake. Prepare it and enjoy its great flavor.

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 limes

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Beat the butter until softened in an electric mixer. Once smooth, add the sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and one cup of flour, letting everything incorporate well. Then add the milk and vanilla and let it mix into the batter. Finally, add the other cup of flour and the nuts, and beat until everything is well mixed.
  • Butter and flour a cake pan or a bundt pan. Pour the cake mixture into the pan 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Take the cake out of the oven and wait for it to cool.
  • For the frosting, place the powdered sugar in a bowl and gradually add drops of lemon, stirring until the frosting is ready.
  • Pour the frosting over the cake and enjoy with your family.
