Delicious and very quick to make poinsettia cake. Prepare it and enjoy its great flavor.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of pancake flour
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of nut chopped
  • 2 cups of powder sugar
  • 2 green lemons

    Preparation

    Preheats the oven to 180ºC. Beat the butter until softened in an electric mixer . Once it is soft add the sugar until it is well mixed.
    Add the eggs and a cup of flour, let everything sit well. Then add the milk and vanilla and let it sit in the mixture. Finally add the other cup of flour and nuts and beat until everything is well mixed.
    Grease and flour a cake mold or screw. Empty the cake mixture into the 3/4 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove the cake from the oven and wait for it to cool.
    For the glaze, place the icing sugar in a bowl and slowly add lemon drops and stir until the icing is left.
    Empty the frosting on the cake and enjoy with your family.

    TIPS

    You can decorate with colored sugar eggs.
