Easy Apple Cake

Easy Apple Cake, made with bread and served cold, ideal for this hot season.

  • 5 apples, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 package sandwich bread, without the crust

  • Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
  • In a large bowl, place the peeled and wedged apples, along with the crustless bread* cut into long pieces (it can be cut by hand or with scissors), add the blended mixture and mix well.
  • In a previously greased mold with butter and sprinkled with brown sugar, pour in the mixture. Finally, sprinkle with a little brown sugar.
  • Preheated oven. Bake at 180°C for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Once it cools, refrigerate it (fresh for this hot season) *Important: Use the bread crust, let it dry, and make breadcrumbs with it.
