  • 1 3/4 cups pancake mix
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3 cups Strawberry ice cream
  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 grams granulated sugar

  • In a bowl, combine the pancake flour, cocoa, sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until integrated. Transfer the mixture to a previously greased baking pan.Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Let it cool and cut in half.
  • Line a bowl with non-stick plastic. Place a layer of vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the bowl, add one of the cakes, put another layer of strawberry ice cream, and finish with another cake. Cover and freeze for 60 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, heat the sugar and water until the mixture starts to bubble (116 °C – 125 °C). Meanwhile, begin to whip the egg whites while the sugar is ready.When the egg whites are semi-whipped and the syrup is ready, pour it over the egg whites while continuing to beat. Keep beating until you achieve a firm and glossy meringue.
  • Unmold the cake, cover it with the meringue, and torch it until it is lightly golden.
