Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups pancake mix; 1/4 cups cocoa powder; 1 cup sugar; 1 cup milk; 1 cup vegetable oil; 4 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 3 cups vanilla ice cream; 3 cups Strawberry ice cream; 4 egg whites; 100 grams granulated sugar

In a bowl, combine the pancake flour, cocoa, sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until integrated. Transfer the mixture to a previously greased baking pan.

Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Let it cool and cut in half. Line a bowl with non-stick plastic. Place a layer of vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the bowl, add one of the cakes, put another layer of strawberry ice cream, and finish with another cake. Cover and freeze for 60 minutes.
