Fondant Paste

Try this delicious fondant paste recipe; it’s very easy to make and great for decorating any cake or cupcake.

  • 2 packages marshmallow
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin
  • food coloring, of your choice

  • In a bowl over a double boiler, completely melt the marshmallows.
  • In another bowl, put the powdered sugar, and add the melted marshmallows.
  • Add the glycerin and fold in until it forms a kind of dough. NOTE: It is very sticky.
  • You can add food coloring of your choice or separate the dough to color it in different shades.
  • Roll out to your liking to form shapes or cover a cake.
