Coconut Cake

It is very easy to make and the coconut makes the cake look amazing. You will love how fluffy and soft it is; I have no doubt it will be the sensation at your gatherings. Please don't forget to make it!

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams coconut, shredded
  • 1 can condensed milk, small

  • Add the ingredients to the blender, blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Take a little butter with your fingers and grease a mold. Then flour all around, removing excess flour.
  • Place some shredded coconut in the baking dish. Then pour in the mixture and distribute it well.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
