It is very easy to make and the coconut makes the cake look amazing. You will love how fluffy and soft it is; I have no doubt it will be the sensation at your gatherings. Please don't forget to make it!

1 cup pancake mix
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
100 grams coconut, shredded
1 can condensed milk, small

Add the ingredients to the blender, blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Take a little butter with your fingers and grease a mold. Then flour all around, removing excess flour.
Place some shredded coconut in the baking dish. Then pour in the mixture and distribute it well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
