Plum and Apple Cake

  • 1 cup plum, remove the pit
  • 1 kilo apple, in half moons
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • Wash and peel the apples, cutting them into half moons. Separately, cut the plums in half, placing them in a pot with a little water and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let it boil until it thickens, set aside and cool.
  • Fry the slices of apple with a little butter and start placing them in the already greased and floured mold completely.
  • Place the plum mixture (at room temperature) in the mold and set aside. Preheat the oven to 280°C.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the condensed milk in the yolks and beating until well integrated.
  • Wash the beaters of the mixer and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the yolk mixture.
  • Add the mixture to the mold with the fruits, always cleaning the edges of the mold, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool a bit and unmold our cake.
