This is a very delicious dessert with a unique flavor. I hope you like it, make it at home, and share your opinion with me. It's quick to make and doesn't fatten as much as others. Enjoy!
Wash and peel the apples, cutting them into half moons. Separately, cut the plums in half, placing them in a pot with a little water and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let it boil until it thickens, set aside and cool.
Fry the slices of apple with a little butter and start placing them in the already greased and floured mold completely.
Place the plum mixture (at room temperature) in the mold and set aside. Preheat the oven to 280°C.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the condensed milk in the yolks and beating until well integrated.
Wash the beaters of the mixer and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the yolk mixture.
Add the mixture to the mold with the fruits, always cleaning the edges of the mold, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool a bit and unmold our cake.
