Wash and peel the apples, cutting them into half moons. Separately, cut the plums in half, placing them in a pot with a little water and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let it boil until it thickens, set aside and cool. Fry the slices of apple with a little butter and start placing them in the already greased and floured mold completely.
