Soursop Cake with Blueberries

Sweet cake made with soursop pulp, incredibly delicious.

  • 500 milliliters soursop pulp, blended (seedless)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams butter
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 50 grams cranberries

  • Preheat the oven to 250°C
  • In the blender, add all the ingredients except the blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • Grease and flour a round cake pan, pour the mixture in, and place the blueberries on top, distributing them evenly.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean; this will indicate that our cake is cooked.
