Strawberry Marble

This strawberry marble recipe is a colorful, different, and delicious cake that will be ready in the blink of an eye.

  • 1/2 boxes strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups whipping cream, for whipping
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar, (swirled)
  • 1 cup strawberries, disinfected
  • 1 package cake mix, vanilla, store-bought

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Prepare the cake following the package instructions, set aside one cup of the cake mix and stir the rest with the strawberry gelatin, previously dissolved in a cup of hot water, mixing well.
  • In two previously greased and floured molds, pour the batter while alternating the colors, gently insert a knife and create waves to give the marbled effect.
  • Bake following the package instructions. Allow to cool and cut the cake horizontally to make it two layers.
  • Whip the cream until it doubles in volume, gradually add the sugar. Cover half of a cake with the whipped cream. Arrange three-quarters of a cup of chopped strawberries on top.
