Honey Cake

  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 3/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups strawberries, slices or your preferred fruit (it can be raspberries, peaches, blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 cups chantilly cream

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • For the cake, grease a round pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the Gamesa® Hot Cake Flour and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk, honey, butter, and egg. Add it to the dry mixture of Gamesa® Hot Cake Flour and cinnamon, and whisk until there are no lumps.
  • Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • For the fruit decoration, mix the fruit and sugar in a bowl.
  • Cut the cake into 8 slices, and each piece should have a bit of whipped cream and 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture.
