Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
For the cake, grease a round pan.
In a bowl, mix the Gamesa® Hot Cake Flour and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the milk, honey, butter, and egg. Add it to the dry mixture of Gamesa® Hot Cake Flour and cinnamon, and whisk until there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For the fruit decoration, mix the fruit and sugar in a bowl.
Cut the cake into 8 slices, and each piece should have a bit of whipped cream and 1/4 cup of the fruit mixture.
