  • Mix the Cereal Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles® very well with the crushed cookie and melted butter in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the base and the walls of a pastry ring with acetate on the sides and cling film on the base. Press down very well to form a thick crust and freeze for 20 minutes or until the cereal base is firm.
  • For the jellies: use an immersion blender to mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, the corresponding fruit for each flavor and color (raspberry, mango, kiwi, blueberry, and blackberry) and the hydrated gelatin.Perform this operation with each of the jellies SEPARATELY and set aside.
  • Form the unicorn colors by pouring each jelly into the base in layers, but be careful that when you pour each color, it does not mix with the previous one. Remember that you can use a spoon to ensure that the jelly falls very gently.Assemble the unicorn cake jelly according to the color tones you want to have; we suggest these flavors: blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, kiwi, and mango. Also, you will need to refrigerate between layers, so you have to consider the setting time for each layer.
  • Once the last layer has set, decorate the unicorn cake jelly with whipped cream and colorful confetti.
