500 grams cake mix, chocolate
3 eggs
1/4 cups cow's milk, or water
1/3 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 cup cajeta
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Grease and flour the large bundt cake mold and cover the bottom with cajeta.
Mix the cake flour with the water.
Add the eggs and oil, beat until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and set aside.
For the flan, blend the milks, eggs, and vanilla.
Pour the cake mixture into the mold and then pour a bit of the flan mixture on top.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil so that it is sealed. Bake in a water bath for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove from the oven, let cool completely, unmold and serve.
