Crepe Cake

  • 2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups lactose-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup requesón
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 Kinder® Good, 1 package
  • cocoa, for decoration
  • 3 Kinder® Good, in cubes, for decoration (1 and ½ package)

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, milk, and honey with a whisk until the lumps are gone. Set aside.
  • Heat a crepe pan over medium-low heat, add a bit of coconut oil, and remove the excess.Pour a ladle of the mixture and quickly swirl to cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on both sides. Repeat the same process until all the batter is used. Set aside.
  • Blend the ricotta with the honey. Set aside.
  • To assemble the cake: cut the crepes using a square mold and set aside. Place plastic wrap in the same mold, arrange a crepe, add the ricotta filling, and crumble Kinder® Bueno on top.Repeat the same process until the mold is fully covered and finish with a layer of ricotta. Sprinkle with cocoa and freeze for 40 minutes.
  • When the crepe cake is firm, remove the mold and cut into squares.
  • Serve on a flat plate and decorate with Kinder® Bueno.
