  • Place the flour in a bowl, sift the cocoa, and add the eggs one by one. Then, add the sugar, salt, and melted butter. Start to combine, pour in the milk, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous and slightly thick batter.
  • Preheat the Westinghouse® Gray Marble Non-Stick Crepe Maker over medium heat for 1 minute, reduce the temperature to low, and pour a sufficient amount of the batter with a ladle into the Westinghouse® Gray Marble Non-Stick Crepe Maker, hold by the handle and gently swirl to spread the batter over the entire surface (you can use a wooden or silicone spatula to help you spread).Cook the crepe for 3 minutes, flip, cook for 2 more minutes, and repeat the process with the remaining batter. You should obtain 30 to 40 crepes. Set aside.
  • Mix the chopped chocolate with the hot cream until everything is perfectly combined, using a silicone spatula. When you achieve a semi-thick mixture, refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Once the frosting is cold, beat with a hand mixer until its volume doubles.
  • Place one crepe on a cake base or a wide plate, then, with the help of a spatula, add a layer of frosting and repeat the process until you form a cake. Finally, cover only the surface of the no-bake chocolate cake with the frosting. Decorate by sprinkling cocoa and sugar confetti. Enjoy with a glass of milk.
