  • Pour the hot whole milk and instant coffee into a bowl. Mix very well and set aside.
  • Add the Duncan Hines® Swiss Chocolate Flour, the milk and coffee mixture, the egg, and the oil into a bowl. Mix until fully combined and lumps are eliminated. Place in a microwave-safe dish previously greased with butter and floured.
  • In the microwave, cook for 15 minutes in intervals of 2 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool in the same dish for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the hot whole milk, instant coffee, condensed milk, and whole milk in a bowl. Mix very well until everything is combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • With a stick or fork, poke small holes in the cake so that the three milk mixture can be absorbed better. Soak the cake with the three milks and let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb. For decoration, cover the entire cake with ReddiWip® Original and sprinkle with some grated dark chocolate.
