  • 2 cups milk, for the crepes
  • 4 San Juan® eggs, for the crepes
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted, for the crepes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the crepes
  • 1 pinch salt, for the crepes
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, for the crepes

  • Blend the milk, Huevo San Juan®, butter, sugar, vanilla essence, salt, and flour until you obtain a light batter with a liquid consistency.
  • Melt a little butter in a pan. Cook the crepes for 3 minutes on each side or until well cooked. Set aside.
  • Place one crepe as the base, add a little chocolate whipped cream, and put another crepe on top. Then, use a rolling pin to gently press and form waves. Repeat the process with strawberry whipped cream.Refrigerate for 60 minutes or until the cake is slightly firm.
  • Decorate the napolitan cake with red fruits and chocolate pieces.
