No-Oven Cold Coffee Cake

This coffee cake is the dessert you were looking for, because this recipe is made without an oven.   • 3 tablespoons instant coffee, for the coffee cream
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for the coffee cream
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 package cinnamon cookies
  • 2 cups walnuts, finely chopped

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat the cream, add the instant coffee, the powdered sugar, and mix until incorporated. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the coffee cream until it doubles in volume and has a firm consistency. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of cookies, add the cream, and with the help of a spatula, spread it over the cookies, add nuts, and repeat the process until the dish is full. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting.
  • Cut a slice and serve with a glass of cold milk.
