In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the coffee cream until it doubles in volume and has a firm consistency. Set aside. In a baking dish, place a layer of cookies, add the cream, and with the help of a spatula, spread it over the cookies, add nuts, and repeat the process until the dish is full. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting. Cut a slice and serve with a glass of cold milk.
