  • 1 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • cherry , for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous consistency. Set aside.
  • Butter the bottom of your mold using a brush and arrange the pineapple slices, making sure they don't contain syrup. Set aside.
  • Blend the butter and sugar mixture, flour, baking powder, natural yogurt, a little of the pineapple syrup, and the eggs in the POWER XL blender for 5 minutes or until you obtain a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Pour the cake mixture into the mold that you previously floured and greased with the pineapple slices. Bake in the steam fryer at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Let cool and unmold the cake.
  • Decorate the pineapple upside-down cake with cherries. Cut a slice and enjoy!
