2 egg yolks, (for the cake)
180 grams sugar, (for the cake)
180 grams flour, (for the cake)
1/2 cups sugar, (for the frosting)
1 tablespoon cornstarch, (for the frosting)
1 cup cow's milk, (for the frosting)
3 egg yolks, (for the frosting)
4 sticks bittersweet chocolate, (for the frosting)
125 grams butter, (for the frosting)

For the Roll: Beat eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a double boiler until it reaches a temperature of 110ºF.
Remove from the heat and continue beating until it doubles in volume.
Add the flour gradually.
Pour into a baking sheet lined with well-greased and floured wax paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 F until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Flip onto wax paper.
For the Frosting: Beat the sugar and egg yolks.
Melt the chocolate.
In the milk, add the dissolved cornstarch, then the beaten egg yolks, and thicken. Let cool in the refrigerator.
Beat the butter and cream it. Add the cooled chocolate and then the milk mixture.
Spread the cake with the previously prepared frosting and roll it up.
Decorate the cake with the frosting by creating vertical stripes like a trunk.
