100 grams artificial sweetener
200 milliliters olive oil
225 grams carrot, grated
7 grams yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
4 eggs
120 grams walnuts, in pieces

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sift the dry ingredients (Flour, salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon, baking soda, sugar substitute).
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
Add the oil gradually to prevent lumps.
Add the carrot and walnuts.
Grease and flour a baking pan.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
