  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Sift the dry ingredients (Flour, salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon, baking soda, sugar substitute).
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
  • Add the oil gradually to prevent lumps.
  • Add the carrot and walnuts.
  • Grease and flour a baking pan.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
