Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams flour
  • 100 grams Sugar substitute
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 225 grams carrot, grated
  • 7 grams yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 120 grams walnut, in pieces

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Pass through a sieve the dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast, cinnamon powder, baking soda, sugar substitute)
Add the eggs one by one mixing carefully so as not to leave lumps.
Add the oil little by little so as not to leave lumps.
Add the carrot and nuts.
Grease and flour a mold.
Place the mixture and bake until the chopped tip comes out with a stick.
