Easy Three Milks Cake with Rompope

  • 1 package Betty Crocker® Super Moist® cake flour French vanilla flavor
  • 1 1/4 cups water, for the cake
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil, for the cake
  • 3 eggs, for the cake
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cups rompope
  • 1 jar Betty Crocker® rich & creamy vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration
  • icing sugar, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour two 23 cm round cake pans.
  • Prepare the Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® French Vanilla cake according to the package instructions, mixing with water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  • Pour into the pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked. Cool and remove from the pans.
  • For the three milks, in a bowl mix the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, whole milk, and rompope.
  • Place the cake layers on a cooling rack with a tray underneath and soak with the three milks mixture. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, and soak again until the desired moisture is achieved.
  • Add some Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting from Betty Crocker® on top of one of the cake layers and place the other on top. Completely cover the cake with the remaining frosting.
  • Decorate with fresh raspberries, mint leaves, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
